Who this is for
You already finished one green paper. A few more green flyers and notes are on the counter, and you want them as one list by day. Skip this if you only had the one letter. The core track is PH-01 through PH-04.
Never type these — even on a household list
- Kids' names, schools, teams, and where they'll be when
- Full street addresses
- A time and a place together
- Anything about health or allergies
- Meals, recipes, or whether a food is safe — leave them off the list
Use stand-ins: Kid A, Kid B, “practice,” “school.” The chat sorts just as well without the real thing.
Write the lines on paper first
About 5 min
- Pick only green notes: recycling, library, a practice time, an errand. Red papers stay out.
- Rewrite each one in your own short line, with stand-ins.
- Leave meals off the list. This exercise does not plan food.
Don't ask about meals, recipes, or whether food is safe. The chat can be wrong about ingredients, and this page has no box for that.
Ask for a checklist by day
About 8 min
New chat. Type the ask, then your lines between the dashes. Nothing from the never-type list goes in.
Sort these into a checklist by day, Monday to Sunday. Keep my words. Do not add anything. If two things are at the same time, write CLASH. --- Kid A practice Tue 5pm recycling out Wed night library books due Fri Kid A practice Thu 5pm pick up Kid B from art Thu 5pm oil change Sat 10am ---
Tue — Kid A practice 5pm
Wed — recycling out at night
Thu — Kid A practice 5pm / pick up Kid B from art 5pm — CLASH
Fri — library books due
Sat — oil change 10am
Your answer will be worded differently. That's normal. Check it has the same parts: your lines, grouped by day, and CLASH where two things share a time.
Try this
Send your own lines. If two things land at the same time, leave the word CLASH. You decide which one happens. The chat does not pick for you.
You should see: your words, Monday to Sunday, with nothing new added. A meal, a phone number, or a real name means you start a New chat and leave that line out.
Copy it by hand
About 7 min
- You decide the clash. Write the choice in your own handwriting.
- Copy the list onto paper for the fridge. The fridge copy is the one you trust.
- Check each time against your notes. Not on your notes → cross it out.
Don't photograph the fridge list, the flyers, or anyone's schedule and upload the picture.

Success check
- I used stand-ins. No real names, schools, or addresses went in
- I decided any clash myself
- The fridge list is copied by hand from words I already had
- The list has no meals and no food questions
Common failure modes
| What happened | What to do |
|---|---|
| The chat added a dinner, a recipe, or a “safe to eat” line | Cross it out. Don't ask a follow-up about food. New chat if you want the list again, without that line. |
| Two things share a time and the chat picked one | Ignore the pick. Write CLASH and choose yourself. |
| A note is a red paper (health, money you don't recognize, court) | Leave it off the list. PH-01's red list still applies. |
Stop line
This exercise only reformats lines you already wrote. It does not plan meals, talk about health, or decide a conflict for you.
Brake: Stop · New chat · shared computer → Log out.
Leave that one off the list. A person you trust can look at it. Don't type it to “see what the chat says.”
